About Us

We offer a very individual service for bespoke joinery products and take great pride in ensuring the customers requirements are met, having worked in the joinery business for over 35 years.

A.G. Long & Son welcome private and trade work and also “DIY” / customers’ projects.

We will discuss with you the best product to use for example a hardwood Oak, Ash, Chestnut, Beech, Iroko or a variety of a Mahogany or a Softwood Redwood, Southern Yellow Pine, Tulip Wood etc., all used appropriately for external or internal work and whether you wish for the product to be stained or oiled to bring out the natural beauty of the grain and figuring or if you wish for a painted finish.
